Return Policy

What can be returned?
At Online T-Shirt.com.au, we make sure your satisfaction is always fulfilled whenever you order from us. We always hope to see you be satisfied with our products but sometimes, that may not be the case and you would like to get as refund or a redo of the product. It is recommended that that you read our return policy before asking for a return or redo of the product.

What can be returned to us?
We only refund on 2 occasions.

When the product has clear signs of damages such as tear.
If the product doesn’t match the major characterises of the original design such as colour not matching or the sizing of the illustration is incorrect.

What can’t be returned?
If the product has an illustration in a manner you don’t like or appreciate, but it was designed in that way before by you, we will be returning it as we had nothing to do with the way it was designed. We will only refund if we have been contacted within 14 days. For an exchange, make sure to contact within 30 days upon receiving. All the shipping charges for returning products to use cannot be paid by Online T-Shirt.com.au
